Responsibilities:

  • Developing comprehensive project plans that merge technical, financial and client requirements
  • Oversee site operations and manage construction teams.
  • Proactively identifying and mitigating project risks.
  • Fostering strong relationships with Clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies
  • Driving innovation in sustainable construction practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related degree.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in construction project management.
  • Professional certification PMP, is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of local building codes and regulations.
